Five Crossings central Kelowna location offers everything you need, with shopping, services, dining, recreational amenities and entertainment venues all in the neighborhood and easy access to downtown Kelowna, Okanagan Lake and the UBC Hub.

Five Crossings, the Kelowna residential project which has created a huge amount of buzz on the local housing market, launched sales over the final weekend of May to a sell-out success on all available homes.

The 207-unit development of studio, one- and two-bedroom smart suites, starting in the mid-$200,000s, received more than 500 unit selection forms from potential buyers, highlighting the extraordinary amount of interest in this type of development in the Kelowna marketplace.

Todd Farrer, director of sales and managing partner with ACE Project Marketing Group, which represents Five Crossings, commented: “We were extremely confident as we moved towards sales launch that the demand for the project would exceed the amount of homes available. Nearly 7,000 people from across Canada registered for the project and as we began engaging with potential buyers in our Presentation Center and with virtual tours, we knew how much people loved the location, accessibility, and lifestyle that Five Crossings offers.”

Millennial Developments, headed by CEO Ryan Tamblyn, was praised by Kelowna city council for the innovative nature of the project, which offers efficient personal living spaces in a technologically enhanced building with an impressive amenities package including green spaces, a co-working space, a full gym and social areas and lounges designed to enrich resident lifestyle and foster community within the building.

“It was important for us to not only provide high-quality housing at an accessible price, but that we prioritize first-time homebuyers getting units,” says Ryan Tamblyn.

“I personally believe that it’s crucial that we create the ability for more people in Kelowna to be able to buy homes and gain that long-term security and advantage. That’s the goal with every Millennial Developments project, to look at what the community needs and then meet those needs with places that people will love to call home.”

Fresh from the success of Five Crossings, Millennial Developments and ACE Project Marketing Group will move on to Tamblyn’s next project, The Nest at Findlay.

This collection of townhomes, featuring three-bedroom floor-plans and private backyards, will be offered at a price point that will open up an opportunity for a greater number of local families to be able to invest in a home of their own.
