Four Kelowna builders have been named as finalists in five categories for the 2023 National Housing Awards of Excellence.
The Canadian Home Builders’ Association has released its list of finalists for the coveted awards the competition recognizes the best in Canadian new homes, renovations, community development, and residential marketing.
The 2023 competition received nearly 800 entries from rural areas and large cities, and from small family-run businesses and larger developers alike. Categories include entry-level homes, attached and detached, production and custom homes, renovations at different price points, net zero homes and renovations, new and growing communities, and a variety of residential marketing efforts.
“Once again this year, the finalists from this competitive national awards program showcase the breadth and innovation of Canada’s residential construction industry,” said Canadian Home Builders’ Association CEO Kevin Lee.
“This program isn’t just about luxury homes, though there are stunning projects among these finalists – it’s about capturing the full spectrum of homes and communities that Canadians live in, and all of the planning, creativity, and skill that goes into them.”
