Natalie Bahirova’s life, fashion, and so forth – Kelowna Capital Information

– Text and photography by Lia Crowe

Classic, elegant and feminine This is how Natalie, owner of the women’s fashion boutique Bagheera, describes her personal style.

Natalie is originally from Ukraine and holds a law degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev. However, she started working in retail boutiques when she moved to Victoria.

“I immediately fell in love with fashion and retail,” she says. “Law school taught me resilience, determination and passion, and I use that every day as a business owner and now even more.”

When asked what she loves most about her job, Natalie says: “Making women happy. I strive to be up to date with the best styles and it’s amazing to give women in Victoria a unique experience. ”

And what does Natalie love most about living and working here?

“Victoria has such an amazing business and entrepreneurial spirit – everyone supports one another so much. As for life, I love all of our numerous restaurants, our access to the sea and the opportunity to be in nature. “

Given the many years she has worked as a business owner in Victoria, I wonder what quality has led to her continued success.

She says: “Visualization and perseverance have led me to many successes and goals.”
