Two males had been hospitalized with critical accidents after the house invasion in Kelowna

Two people are recovering this morning at Kelowna General Hospital after a nearby home invasion.

The RCMP were called to an apartment on the 1900 block of Pandosy Street just before 7am this morning to make a home invasion report.

The officers arrived on site and found two men, 38 and 32, who were seriously injured in the alleged attack.

The suspects fled the scene before the police arrived.

“Our officers are on site, processing evidence, speaking to witnesses and looking for surveillance videos,” said Cpl. Jocelyn Nose worthy.

“Evidence gathered so far suggests that the incident was targeted.”

The investigations are ongoing, but are still in the run-up, arrests have not yet taken place.

Anyone with information about this incident is urged to contact the Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300.
